How do I join a cohort?
Submit the contact form with your preferred course. We reply within two business days with seat availability and start dates. Payment instructions are sent after confirmation—there is no checkout on this site.

Can I switch cohorts after enrolling?
One transfer is allowed if requested at least seven days before your cohort start and seats exist in the target cohort. A processing note may apply—see our Money-Back Policy.

What tools do labs use?
Most cloud modules use AWS sandboxes with Terraform and kubectl. Observability labs include Prometheus, Loki, and OpenTelemetry collectors. Exact versions are listed in each course syllabus.

Are sessions recorded?
Live workshops may be recorded for enrolled participants only. Recordings are not redistributed publicly. Self-paced modules include written guides instead of video for many lessons.

How fast is mentor feedback?
Written feedback on submitted labs is targeted within 48 hours on business days. Intensive workshops may have same-day notes during live sessions.

Do mentors join our company Slack?
No. Communication stays in Triah-provided channels during the program. Extended embedded coaching requires a separate agreement.
Pricing
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Displayed prices are tuition figures in KRW. Applicable taxes are noted on invoices sent after enrollment confirmation.

Installments available?
Two-installment plans are available for courses above ₩500,000. Total paid equals the listed price—no hidden fees. Details appear on your invoice.
Limitations
What Triah does not provide
We do not place learners in jobs, sell exam vouchers, or guarantee certification outcomes. Labs simulate production patterns but are not your employer production environment.
Teams
Minimum size for team workshops?
Six participants. Smaller groups can join open cohorts or book individual assessment sessions.
Technical
What if I miss a live session?
Cohort materials remain available for the enrollment period. Missed live drills can be attempted asynchronously; mentor review applies to submitted work, not attendance alone.

Contact us before enrollment with accessibility needs. We adjust materials where feasible; some live drills may require alternative formats.
