General Terms

By accessing triah.digital or enrolling in programs operated by Triah Digital Training Studio ("Triah", "we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Triah provides digital skills training, cohort programs, workshops, downloadable materials, and related mentoring. Course descriptions on the site are informational. Enrollment is confirmed separately in writing.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain credential confidentiality for lab environments, and use materials only for personal or authorized organizational learning. Abuse of lab systems may result in immediate access revocation without refund.

Curriculum, templates, branding, and site content are owned by Triah or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of course materials is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Triah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or programs. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific enrollment shall not exceed the fees paid for that enrollment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, courts in Chungcheongnam-do shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or acceptable use policies. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated via email when practicable. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of non-material updates.
